Summer Applied CTI & CTI+DE&TH Sessions

Paralus LLC will hold TWO upcoming trainings in Summer 2026!

The first is a five-day online Applied CTI session from 27-31 July, 1400-1600 US Eastern / 2000-2200 Central European time. A full syllabus can be found here. This course is designed for CTI professionals, new or experienced, that want to better align their work with security operations functions, including reviews of recommended analysis workflows and deliverables.

The second is a four-day online Cyber Threat Intelligence + Detection Engineering & Threat Hunting (CTI+DE&TH) session from 21-24 September, 1400-1600 US Eastern / 2000-2200 Central European time. A full syllabus for this course can be found here. Register your interest for the CTI+DE&TH course at this link! This course is designed for multiple parties that look to fuse an adversary-aware or -focused mindset (CTI) on operational outcomes (Detection Engineering or Threat Hunting), while keeping Security Operations and Incident Response in mind.

Attendees will receive links to recordings of all sessions for review, and on request certificates of completion for CPE and similar purposes. Reach out if you have any questions or specific concerns!

Spring 2026 CTI+DE&TH Session

Paralus LLC will hold an ONLINE session of the CTI+DE&TH course on 07-10 April 2026, 1500-1700 US Eastern Time. Register your interest via the following Google form!

Reminder for those in EU that a special, extended in person offering of CTI+DE&TH will take place in Croatia at Cyber Span Security Arena for those able to make the event!

Starting 2026 Off

The first online edition of the revamped Applied Threat Intelligence course in December 2025 was a success! Thank you to all who attended the training, and for all of your feedback!

A reminder that 2026 kicks off with another offering of the Applied CTI course in JANUARY with the following schedule:

12-16 January 2026 (Five Days)
1700-1900 US Eastern/2200-0000 Central European/0900-1100 Australian EDT (Two Hours/Day)

For the rest of 2026, we are planning the following:

• A one-day workshop focused on CTI applications for Detection Engineering at Intellic0n in February.
• An offering of the CTI+DE&TH Online course in Spring 2026.
• A rare, in-person offering of an intense, two-day version of CTI+DE&TH at the Cyber Span Security Arena in Poreč, Croatia in May 2026.
• Additional CTI+DE&TH and Applied CTI online courses (one each) in Summer 2026.
• Likely on-site Applied CTI training in Fall 2026 (conference TBD).

Closing Out 2025, Looking Ahead To 2026

To close out 2025, Paralus will hold a session of a completely revamped and rebuilt Applied Threat Intelligence course from 08-12 December. Note there is no time for this session yet as we are registering interest to determine which time to offer this session, either:

• 0800-1000 US Eastern/1400-1600 Central European/0000-0200 Australian EDT (09 DEC)
• 1700-1900 US Eastern/2200-0000 Central European/0900-1100 Australian EDT (09 DEC)

One of these is clearly more “Europe/Eastern North America” focused, while the other is more “Western North America/Australia” focused. Based on responses to the request for information survey, we will determine a time for the session and let all respondents know no later than mid-October 2025.

If there is enough interest for BOTH timeslots, each will be offered, with the second taking place in mid-January 2026 to accomodate interest.

2025 Availability & Options

As we move through Q1 of 2025, there’s some availability in the Paralus calendar for future events! If you or your organization is interested in training opportunities in Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI), CTI applications, Detection Engineering & Threat Hunting (DE&TH), or similar, Paralus has time to book future engagements in July, September, and October or November. Closing Out 2023

Lots happened in 2023, primarily through in-person training, workshops, and consulting engagements across North America and Europe. 2023 has been a huge success for Paralus and Paralus partners and clients, and we look forward to even greater accomplishments in 2024!

ICS Course!

We’ve just launched a public version of a previously private-only course focused on Industrial Control System (ICS)/Operational Technology (OT) security! The course takes a threat and adversary-driven approach, just like the Operational Threat Intelligence course, and is taught in two, four-hour sessions. Operational Threat Intelligence Hiatus, Update, and Future Offerings

Paralus will NOT hold an online Operational Threat Intelligence course in December 2020. Instead, we will work on a course update and refresh including new examples and some material re-work in light of student feedback! The next Operational Threat Intelligence offerings will be on the following dates:

• 04-08 January 2021, 1800-2000 US Eastern Time
• 01-05 February 2021, 1600-1800 Central European Time (1000-1200 US Eastern)
